C2C Animals 25 x 25 Squares - 19" x 19" · C2C Patterns

Sophia the Donkey Corner-to-Corner (C2C) Crochet Graphgan Square Blanket Pattern

My inspiration for this adorable C2C square was my favorite donkey, Sophia, we had on our farm in Northern California back in the 90’s. She was such a sweetheart!! I miss her so much.

This pattern can be used on it’s own to make a throw pillow, tote bag, baby lovey, small pet blanket, wall hanging; or it can be mixed and matched with other compatible animal square patterns available here on my Blog so you can join your squares together to make them into a blanket, throw or large wall hanging.

My Finished Farmhouse Animal Blanket (Pattern E-Book Linked Below)

This pattern is made using the Classic C2C crochet, which uses 6 chain stitches and 3 double crochets per increase, and 3 chain stitches and 3 double crochets per square. It also involves colors changes.

Gauge: 4 C2C Squares = 3 inches
Finished Size:

25 x 25 Squares = Approx. 19″ x 19″ (size will be smaller or larger depending on your gauge).
