I was inspired to make this adorable unicorn pattern because, even though my two girls are all grown-up now, they are both Unicorns…magical and amazing!! This pattern can be made into a blanket, baby blanket, afghan, lap blanket, throw, or even a large wall hanging or pillow. It is made using the Classic C2C crochet, which uses 6 chain stitches and 3 double crochets per increase, and 3 chain stitches and 3 double crochets per square. It also involves colors changes.

Finished Size:
48 squares x 48 squares = Approx. 36″ x 36″ (Yours could be smaller or larger depending on your gauge)
Supplies:
- 5.5mm Crochet Hook

Yarn:
To make this pattern, you can use any worsted weight yarn. I recommend Hobby Lobby, I Love This Yarn or Red Heart Super Saver. Another affordable yarn option would be Caron Simply Soft.
NOTES:
- Similar 4 weight yarns may be substituted, but be sure to check your gauge.
- This pattern is worked back and forth in rows. The right side is represented with the abbreviation RS, and the Wrong side is represented with the abbreviation WS.
- Arrow at the beginning of round indicates what direction you’ll be working diagonally.
- Color Abbreviations in Written Instructions: (P) Purple, (HP) Hot Pink, (Y) Yellow, (T) Turquoise,
